I'm new and I know that I starting off on a bad foot, but I need some help. My computer is giving me a Wintools.exe error 1) I don't know how "wintools" got on my computer and 2) I have tried everything, restoring my computer, removing the program, just about everything that I can think of doing. If anyone could tell me how to fix this I would be very grateful.

Could you maybe give us a more detailed description of the error? When is it coming up? What exactly does it say? Can you see Wintools.exe in your processes list when nothing else is running?

I can't see it in my process list, but I can see in my "Add/Remove programs"
