Health and safety whilst on Computers

Hello, What Food and drink safety issues are there Whilst using PC's i Know some but i would Like a good paragraph explaining Health and safety and what should be used etc

uhh, don't eat sticky foods with hands. don't want it on your keyboard for the next million years. pop around pc's bad idea unless in bottle and CAPPED spilled pop on case/keyboard/mouse/monitor=MEGABAD

You shouldn't confine healthy eating to PC usage. Eat healthy to begin with and you'll be good.

Homework? I think a computer is really safe. Why would there be food/drink issues?

Yeah...you're telling me...

I spilled 3/4 of a can of Sprite into my awesome Saitek Eclipse.

Ask me if I was pleased.

I had to COMPLETELY dismantle the keyboard and wash the circuit board with alcohol and wash the plastic circuitry with water and a washcloth and let dry for a day or two.

It works now, but it's still sticky...and this happened a few months ago.
