Default Having problems resting..

Hey everyone,
I have been having a problem and I was hoping someone here might know what to do.
So, here it is:
I am an accountant I work inside in a cube, but I play basketball about 10-12 hours a week. I play 3.5 hours on Monday and Thursday and I play 1.5 hours on tues, weds. Up until recently i have not had any problems, but for the last 3 weeks I have not been able to get "rested" I sleep for 7-8 hours a night and when I awake I am still tired and worst of all my leg muscles feel like I just got done playing basketball. I take the weekends off and limit any physical activity as well as sleep in an extra hour or two but to no avail. I cannot get rested and when I go to play bsaketball I just have no energy. I am also falling asleep at like 8 pm everynight because i feel so tired.
I have not been sick or anything like that. Anyone have any advice?

I think the standard response is go see a doctor. There is a policy about medical questions.

The official TF response to this is to consult a medical professional. We're computer nerds, not doctors. Direct your inquiries to the proper authorities.
