Of a Spam Forum for spammers so they don't get banned and just set it so the post count doesn't increase? It's like ... their own prison but free to roam :rolleyes: It worked on my old forum

Yeah, that would be good so maybe we can get rid of some of these BS posts that have been happening lately. I love this forum, but it seems like lately when I need help with a serious question, there are few or no respones. Responses I get are stuff like "What video card do you have" when my video card is listed in my sig. But if somebody says something like "UT2004 Sucks", it will get hordes of reads and responses, and it would eventually lead to a flame war. Its really starting to get to me. Where did all the people who cared about helping others go?

AN old forum I went to was titled 'shameless self promotion'
People would go there to advertize their scams and what not...I dont feel that we should go out of our way to accomodate these people who only come to this forum to leech off other people......IMO.

I meant one of the sub forums...lol not the forum itself...that was called ducttapeman.net - sites down now tho,...something me and a mate did.

Creating such a subforum would be a total waste of time for the mods & the admins. It will only serve to attract more spammers and more rift-raft to pass through this site and we already have enough of that as it is.

As evidenced by the most recent spammer we had (Freestuff), most of these spammer don't abide by the rules of this forum or any forum for that matter... what makes you think they'll play nicely and restrict their postings to just one forum when there's another dozen subforums they can go pollute?

Well..I would like a free iPod, but I don't like spammers..I had to cancel multiple mail accounts, because they were flooded with spam....now i'm using a special junk account
