If he is on about who I think he is he is on about Chopper the guy (some say vissionary) who made tech forums, he started it back in i think it was 2002 an it's been going on ever since.

Ya, he was one of the original founders of tech forums. He was Admin before Dmo took over. He doesn't come around much anymore.
If you look at his stats page it shows his second to last post was for his birthday last year.
