G-mail i dont know but to get rid of spyware use Ad-Aware 6.0 From a company called Lavasoft

Download adaware and spybot to get rid of adware and spyware. Do a search on http://www.download.com

Be sure to have the latest updates for both programs before you run them.

I have heard of g-mail in a couple of different places, but have yet to find out what it is. What is g-mail?

It's Google's free webmail program with 1gb of space. No release date yet though.
