thats a tight video though... i enjoyed that, and i do agree that it is still in beta... this is just another thing that people can say "HA pc's suck" and refer to windows....

I have $800 saved right now for a computer, but I'm waiting for the $2500 mark. It'll probably be around late 2006/early 2007. I want AMD because they're cheap, powerful enough, and they don't run as hot as P4's. (They're not powerhouses, but they're OK for mild gaming, which i want). I think I'm getting a pre-built though; probably something from HP/Compaq family, with a 7600GT added on to it.

I dont expect you will be buying a P4 in early 2007.

Plus the newer conroes and xeons run alot cooler.
