and 1/3 teaspoon of some other stuff I forget

I still think I'm eating too little food/protein. Too much eating

I love turkey. I don't even eat beef any more. It's all about the ground turkey, turkey sausage, turkey burgers, etc. Tastes better imo and is way lower in fat and cholesterol content.

Seen it at the state fair but I've never tried it. Heard it's very lean. Heard the same about buffalo, too, for that matter. Like a very lean steak, they say. I've had bear meat but didn't like it. What's ostrich taste like anyway?
