finding people to share files direct

I am looking for somewhere to arrange file transfers from reliable sources. I am tired of getting bull____ files and weeding through viri. I have a fairly extensive database of all sorts of files that I would be willing to share for some request of my own. In fact I would probably help someone even if they didn't have anything I wanted. I know there is a direct connect through Limewire (and others), but I have no idea how I would communicate with other users to set it up. I have yet to receive a reply through any file shares IM feature. Maybe there is too much trust involved. I just don't know. If anyone can give me any insight to this I would greatly appreciate it. the main one I want right now in Norton Systemworks 2006. Any help would be greatly appreciated as 2005 is about to expire on me. Feel free to ask what I might have. I have many movies etc.

cool let me know what to do. I have to go do the turkey thing here in a little bit. At least there is some wine! I will check back in an hour or so. I don't have too much trouble getting files like that usually but that one has been BS after BS. Happy T day
