| File Passwords? I know you can put a password on a windows user account, but is it possible to put a password on individual folders and/or files within the windows user account?

| if you make the folder private then it can only be accessed be the user it was made private by.

Then put a check in the box for "Encrypt contents to secure data"
The way I understand, the folder is then encrypted using your login password. Nobody else can access the folder, unless they are logged in as you with your password.

| Lol, this is becomming a nod/gdi topic.
I play as both too, but this was the only pic I had at the time I updated my avatar. I need to cleen it up.. its a little fuzzy.
Also I used to have a avatar of a Nod technician from renegade, but unless you knew what you were looking at, it was impossible to tell what it was.
Plus thanx for the file help.

| i have always wanted to do that. i want it so when you open the folder, and PW box comes up to open it. i remember you used to be able to do this in win98, you customised the folder using whatever code it uses, and add some lines somewhere. is there no way to do this in xp?
