Makes me want to go install BF2 again and get back in it. Do people still play or is getting more desserted each day with 2412?

I play. Just not as often as I would like.
Until BF2142 is stablized, I'm staying right here. Besides, why would I want to start all over for?

Yeah exactly.
Does BF2 still get a good crowd though? I mean like are you seeing the same players EVERY time?

| I do see a name or two off and on, but only when I hit certain servers.
I like being able to recognize players by name. It gives a feeling of being a team and you know whether you want them on your side or whether they are easy marks (people tend to play certain ways...). | |

Yeah.
Well I would install but the updates, ahh they would take forever.
Like you cant go straight to 1.4
you need all the previous patches. Really Bugs me.

Yeah, when I had to format and reinstall (right after the patch came out), I used the full one. Installed BF2, installed SF, installed the patch. THEN I fired it up to play. | |
