I purchased some "guaranteed" to work memory from an online store. This memory didn't work. It was sent back for other memory which didn't work. This went on four times. I returned the latest ram without any word on if they were to send me different ram or give me a refund on the purchase. Now they won't reply to my e-mails.
Question is who would I report this online shop to. Perhaps they could investigate this matter. Thank you.
