you need to come up with a solid plan, or atleast a good outline of how the competition will work, participants, etc. and present it well. anything other than that will likely be completely ignored. |
I had a completely different site about 6 months ago, and i decided to make a new one with new forums and stuff quite recently. I just took some of the news from the old one and put it on the new one. Thanks for your info though.
