Uh ... You can get a compact flash to USB adapter. But no, they do not make compact flash to IDE adapters, because thats a terrible idea...

Even if it could work the other way around I doubt the connections wouldn't work for your pda; the CF part of the adapter wouldn't "insert" into your CF slot. A CF card or Microdrive is going to be your best bet here I'd think.
