| Comic book movie site I don'y know about the rest of you, but I am really enjoying the recent upswing of movies based on the comic books I grew up with. Spiderman, X-Men, Daredevil, Batman (well, I never cared much for DC Comics...)...
Anyway, Here's a site I hit every few days to stay updated on what's coming, what's going on, and what is being discussed as far as movie possibilities. http://www.efavata.com/CBM/index.htm
Check it out and post back what you think. |

| Meh, I hate it when theres a big wave of 'trend' based movies. "Oh lets make a movie out of every comic ever created".....either that or lets make a sequal out of something that DEFINITELY should have not been made.
Spiderman was good, they stuck to that pretty well, xmen was good, Daredevil was a complete bomb, so why they went and made 'electra' is beyond me.
Sin City is a graphic novel a bit different than a comic book, but they have done good on that one.
The new punisher sucked balls, shoulda left the old one with dolph in it and let it be. |

I do feel that alot of the other movies are lacking originality. Better than the HULK movie. **** Boy good. They are going to be the second one.
The X-Men movies have been really good too.
I am looking forward to seeing Sin City, Batman Begins and Fantastic 4.
Other project that they are working on that I am looking forward too are :-
* Iron Man
* Grendel
* The Watchmen
James Cameron is doing Battle Angle Alita. And if that goes well, he might do total of 3 movies for Battle Angle Alita. But we are not going to see any of that until about year 2007.

| Ugh I forgot about hulk, that was another terrible one.
Don't know about another batman, it's been so played out and overdone especially with a new actor every time.
Like I said sin city is a graphic novel not really a 'comic book' per se, plus frank miller was there to direct it and they kept real strict to the novels.
Lets just hope they don't screw up fantastic 4 |

| As for the FF: Quote: | Cast: Michael Chiklis as Ben Grimm/The Thing, Ioan Gruffudd as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Chris Evans as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, Jessica Alba as Susan Storm/Invisible Woman, Julian McMahon as Dr. Doom, Maria Menounos as a Nurse, Kerry Washington as Alicia Masters, Laurie Holden as Debbie | Of course, their origin is a little different for the movie (no one ever sticks with the original story...), but it looks good.

| I personally hated the hulk!
Spiderman 1 was alright.....I wasn't too impressed with Spiderman 2.
X-Men movies were great! I enjoyed those movies........all the rest aren't really worthy to be mentioned.
