Thinking of MIT or Caltech...

Right now I'd like to major in Physics, but that may change in the next couple years. But I don't see myself moving away from the sciences...

Hmm... after barton county community college, its still going to be in-state. Wouldn't mind going to MIT.

Marc, what do you want to do after you graduate if you're a physics major?

Stangeroo I have a friend who's going to Cal Poly in the fall. Actually I think I know a few people who are going there.

If I could go to any college, I think I would start go, in order from mostly likely to least:

Berkely
Harvard
UCLA
MIT
Cal Tech

the one that was closest to me (and also the one that I have a full scholarship to) is UNLV, at least that's where I'd go if I were still living in Nevada.

Seeing as how I'm now in the USAF I would settle just to get into the Acadamy and go Officer, then get stationed wherever I want, so that I could finish my degree.

Also, since my AFSC (my career field) is Communications-Computer Systems Operator (A.K.A. Sys Admin/Help Desk/IPO)
I am planning on pursueing a degree of some kind that would allow me to use those skills I've already gained from my job. At least that shouldn't be to hard, since I'm already about halfway to an associates.

Interesting question. Something I've definitely thought about. Not quite sure, but molecular research sounds interesting...more specifically quantum phyisics...

I'll probably have more of an idea of what directions I'd like to take after I have a chance to tackle Biotechnology, Physics, and Chemistry all at the same time (three seperate courses) in grade 11.
