My whole chest hurts when i move and when i put preasure on it!!!

- Do you smoke?
- Do you have asthma?
- Any disorders in family history?
- Have you had any force to the ribs lately (perhaps through sports etc...)?
- Any digestive problems (such as indigestion, ulcers)?
~ Do you feel any pain across the arms or neck?
~ Do you have any other symptoms like vomiting, nausea etc...?
~ Have you been stressed lately?
~ How long have you been having chest pains?
~ ...is it recurring?
~ ...and when did it start?
I second the 'see a doctor' part, immediately!
Could be a number of things, perhaps even severe. For example:
Pneumonia, yes it could be. You'd know because you'd have other symptoms such as coughing, sore throat etc...
If not, and the pain is more sharp when you breathe deeply or cough, then it could be inflammation, that a section has collapsed in one of your lungs or a blood clot.
There are more, and is a serious matter considering it involves your circulatory and respiratory sytems.

I don't smoke or do any drugs
I think i have asthma
no disorders in family history
no force on ribs and i don't play sports
pain across arms you mean sholder?
I have arm pit pain that goes across my chest to my other arm pit
Nausea and i felt like throwing up for about 1 week but didn't
i've been kinda stressed
i've been having chest pains since about 1:00 P.M. today
I don't think its getting worse
I had a sore throat but now i just have a stuffy nose and i think i might have a fever!!!
