Cell Phone Data Cable

Does anyone know if major electronics store carry these?

I checked Bestbuy, Circuit City, and they didn't seem to know of any.

Aside from that, if anyone has experience with data transfer via ubs with the samsung a890, do you know how to access other areas of the phone. I'm told I could only access enough to just change the ringtones with my own but nothing else.
