I ordered the parts from Newegg to upgrade my kids computer. It was Susposed to be delivered today by 4:30PM. Well I go and check the tracking number to see if it's out for delivery. Low and behold, The tracking order showed it had already been dropped off. I called FEDEX and It had been dropped off at the residence of someone I have never heard of. I had them repeat the shipping address back to me and it was my address. So wheres my package, sure as F**K aint in my house. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I'm so ****ed right now. I've been here all day waiting for my parts to get here. Their proably being sold on the street as we speak.

sorry to hear bout that man......that is sooooo messed up, what is one to do? Keep us posted as to what happens....maybe we can all sign an email petition to get you your stuff......

I made a special request with FedEx that all packages have to be signed for or they can't drop it off. I live in an apartment, so this was for security, and being that if I'm not home, no one can sign for it. That took care of this for me. Maybe you should look at doing the same thing for yourself.

Ity says right on the tracking order "Delivered to address other than recipient " Thats the part I don't get. And it was singed for, by someone with a last name I've never heard of. I know my parts are gone by now. It's been about 2 and a half hours since it was dropped off, and FEDEX says they can't get ahold of the driver. $261.00 worth of parts gone.

Just wait a few hours, see if anything shows up at your door. Maybe it just hasn't been delivered yet and there was a mixup about the order tracking.... I say if it doesn't show up by 6pm call again.

I've had this happen to me. Sometimes I'll find the package at a neighbors and sometimes someone will call saying that they have it and sometimes I'm SOL.

Yea seriously, I ordered a Mobo from Newegg and I went and checked online and they said it was delivered but there was no package at my front door, and I finally figured out that the n00b fedex guy dropped it off at my back door!

I now your pain. I'm the guy that looks after all the couriers (In and Out) for my company.

Also, have you contacted Newegg about your loose yet? Talk to some one in dispact. Get them to check at their end at where the goods where REALLY sent too. Like I know your invoice my have your name and address on it, but it does not stop some careless idiot from putting the some one elses con note and address on your gear.
And finally, does Newegg have insurance on their out going couriers? If they do, great. I might mean that you have to wait until Fed Ex finally comes empty handed (Prolly a week time), but at least you will get your goods. Could be sooner if Newegg nice enough to send you out a replacement and recall the orginal shipment.

I got it, finally. About 1700 or so I got a knock at my door and it was one of the more seasoned fedex delivery guys. He had tracked it down for me (breathing a sigh of relief). I'm actually posting with the same computer the parts were ment for lol. I have a little work left to do on the OS but it's up and running like a bat outta ****.
