Broken Foot :(

Hello, i Broke my foot Last night, doing Muay Thai sparring for about 2 minutes went for a kick near the Kidneys the guy put his knee up and i smacked my foot Really hard on his knee

I Went hospital for X-Ray and it was broken

, im on a Temporary Plaster till monday then i get the Proper..and they Gave me crutches :/.

The Proximal Phalanx on that picture is where i Broken the bone near the top, I started a Bicycle mechanic course last Monday and now i cant go

and i Really enjoyed it

just consider yourself lucky last year playing rugby with my school i tore my acl at practise. most painfull thing i have ever experienced, i was in crutches for a month, and walking with a cane for like another month afterwards. it happend right before our second game to i was ticked because i missed out on the season, ontop of that i need to get an operation to have it fixed, and i have to where a knee brace when ever i perform any physical activity's i do plan on playing this year, alltho i have to be carefull with the bad knee. good luck with your foot and be happy its not permanent, even after recontrucive knee surgery it still wont be the same.
