Default Blu ray (hi def optical media) news

http://today.reuters.com/news/articl...&from=business

hmm....besides theEnd...who thinks this is a make it or break it for either format...or just a simple X on X side and doesn't signal anything? I have no clue on this stuff because of purposeful avoidance.

fesh news

maybe time for an HDtv/BD/hddvd forum?

edit: nothing beats fresh tech news
Live Search News: warner bros on blu ray

reading more from all the links...looks like this may be it....or just heavier favorability to BD.

I still think more and more hybrid readers are going to come out and make it all a moot point. Until the price of HD content comes down, i wont bother with it anyway. As long as i can pick up used dvd's at blockbuster for 10 bucks i see no reason to pay 25-30 for the same movie with a few more lines on the screen.
