I have a program I downloaded on my hard drive it has add ons plugins etc. I want to make a DVD or a installer DVD so I can transfer files to another computer without having to download everything again.

So is there a program you can recommend to do this for me?

I think you want to burn an ISO. Download Alcohol 120%.
