Just got a new computer and for the first time have a CD-RW drive so i dont know too much about it yet. Just wondering what was the best burning software around and/or what would work best with my particular drive.

What info should i post about the drive? and how do i find it?

For anything really, mainly burning music to regular CD's, but also video and other random things like exe files for backup, ect.

Nero to burn from hard drive to CD
CloneCD to burn from CD to CD

i use nero for my regular burning and alcohol 120% to clone.

cdrtools/cd paranoia small, lighweight, and they just plain work

If you are new to CDRW, then Roxio EzCD or Nero Express.
