Default Bench Press MAX Calculator

For the lifters here, what is your max?

Bench Press Max Calculator - Bench-Press.net

I benched 315lbs 9 times last night so my max is supposed to be 409.5lb. My goal is 10 to 15 reps of 315lbs, then I will see what my new max is.

I'm usually around 185 x 5-8 reps. According to your link, I could get up to around 235 lbs.

Thats a pretty massive weight you've got there... Hope you have a spotter!

How big are you (Weight and Height)?
I'm 5'8", 180 lbs.

I do that without a spotter but I have one when I go heavier. Im 6' at 200lbs and I benched 365 without a spotter because I know I can do it.

Wow. You don't fit that description.

I used to lift almost every day, but I really don't have time much anymore. I need to though, getting kinda out of shape.

Lol.. almost 19,000 posts on a computer/technology forum, seems like you wouldn't be a iron pumping machine.

First impressions suck though, right?

True, but hey, I'm here at work most of the time, so bored, nothing to do but post. When you get all the kinks worked out in IT, things get realy boring, really fast. So right after work, from 4:45 til 7:00, I hit the gym, 6 days a week.

Mine is 185lbs at 15 reps = 272lbs, which is actually quite correct. Eh, I haven't lifted in about a month now though.
