you can buy them there from newegg. i think this is a great alternative to a cheaper dx10 card.

Not as impressed as I thought I would, wish the bus was higher than 128-bit.
A 7900GS runs pretty close and at times better than the 8600 in Battlefield 2 and Prey. Although it runs Oblivion pretty impressively. Not sure I would pay the money to upgrade from a 7600GT or 7900GS, not really worth it, unless you really want DX10 and don't have the money for a higher end model. |

| there is no point, the 8600 is the 7900GS's replacement. why on earth would you pay that much just to get DX10 support.
