He's referring to the 45 second wait between posts. As a SMod it's probably not enabled for your user group.
I will admit that it is annoying, but it does have it's uses.

I agree, but its a small price to pay to ward off spamming (althought I doubt that there are people who would abuse it )

i suppose... i think the 40 post limit before posting in the b/s/t forum would be enough to ard off the spam...
i douubt anybody would span a diffrent forum..

I really truely think the current amount of posts is too low. 350 should be minimum. But then again, I will eat a banana if I buy anything from here.

nooooooo i dont agree, 40 posts is a good limit. i just dont like the 45 second rule when trying to post in the forums

Oh yeah, back on topic. I hit that 45 second rule, but I do multiple posts at a time, so I end up clicking post in quick succession. Be glad there isn't a seatching timer. One forum it is 3 minutes!

I think the 45-second post rule is so you have to think before posting.
Otherwise, people would post "hi" instead of something related to PC's.

Most of the time I am posting in 3 or 4 threads at a time and so the 45 seconds rule shouldnt apply to me : P
