My name is Brad and I am new to the forums. I have come here hoping you can assist me in my quest to get my desktop back on the internet.

I ended up getting a Zlob trojan...I was thrilled. In order to get rid of this threat, I ran Spybot Search & Destroy. Spybot found the trojan and removed it. Then I tried my internet again and couldnt connect to the server.

My computer is connected to my network using a motorola modem, belkin Wireless G router, and a belkin USB wireless G card. MY computer picks up and connects to the network, but still no internet.

After spybot, I tried Malwarebites Anti-Malware, PC tools Antivirus, and Spyware Doctor. Then to finish things off, I ran WinSockxpFix. Then I went back into my network connection and reentered my IP and DNS information.

Once again, My computer DOES connect to my network, but wont load a browser window.

Any help you can offer me will be GREATLY appreciated.

First of all do you need to enter your IP address in? If so why?

Funny thing I just got rid of this yesterday as well stupid ZLOB... I just used webroot spysweeper to get rid of mine...
