Default Whenever I use the keyboard it automatically restarts.

I need serious help. I think that I’ve picked up a virus. Whenever I use the keyboard it automatically restarts. Now, I’ve done several full system scans and nothing has come up in Norton Anti-Virus. But on an online scan it picked up six, but Internet Explorer shut down as soon as they were found. It’s really only the keyboard that’s affected. I’m in safe mode now, and obviously the keyboard is working. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I might be able to fix it? I work from my computer so it’s putting a hold on how I earn a living.

Can you do an online scan in safe mode?

As well as using Norton, use Ad-aware and spybot.

Also, click run, and type in "msconfig" to check to see what programs will execute upon starting windows.
