hey i just ran avgs rootkit thing on my computer and this thing keeps poping up

what is it i tryed a google search and nothing avg says its a hidden driver file... what the **** does that mean is it something i should be worried about? or is it a false flag?
A search doesnt provide any info. Nothing about it being a audio driver or anything like that. It does look like a audio driver.
If worse comes to worse. Delete it and downlaod a new audio driver from the manufacturer's website.
