Default W32/Alemod.F.dll Help

Okay considering McAfee doesnt nothing but detect this virus, i had to go in an manually delete it, well trying to atleast, it has corrupted my wininet.dll file. I couldnt replace it in safe mode, so i had to go through recovery console, before i replaced it i couldnt even get to the desktop, now it gets to the desktop but it keeps re-executing explorer.exe, and my desktop appears and disappears...any other solutions to this pesky problemn ?

Yea I had the same exact problem and it sucked. This is what i did...

Pick up a linux live distro
copy all of your important files
format disk
reinstall windows

But also try Godfather's instructions
