Default Virus Problem or Network Thing?

Ok well I was putting up some of my files onto my family's network (had set it up a long time ago, but never knew that files had to go into shared folder). And since, i cannot restart my computer regularly. It continues to tell me that windows is moving files and stuff. Is it just doing this because the other computers are constantly talking and communicating with those folders or is this a spyware/adware/virus problem?

I ran spybot and AVG scans with nothing but cookies being caught and restarted with same problem. I can only restart by holding the button on the computer.

Thanks, after running one last scan (Ad aware 2008) it stopped, but the scan would actually lock up lol. Not going to worry about it atm though since it is running smoothly now.
