Ok, i cant seem to upade my new Virus Protection. ESET Smart Security" is says

"server not found"

any thoughts..

Mine updates just fine. Has to be something on your end.

Open the control center. There is a big header which says "update". Just click it to update.

What is the update server? is it
Antivirus Software - Eliminate Spyware and Adware with ESET NOD32 Antivirus

EDIT" ok i got it updated prob fixed

Actually its still not working, now its says its updateing but it stays at 0% than it says update has finished but, when i go back into the control panel or w.e it says "last update" -> update has not been run yet and i keep clicking update and it never updates.. Can someone confirm the Server for me plz..

Ok well now it goes to 100% than it asks for Username and Password. I have gotten one in my email! but when i click ok after typing in my username and password. it goes to update again but than the box pops up again. my password isnt working..

and by the way the screenshot you sent me! looks different than mine.

My setup is using NOD32 2.7 while you are most likely runing NOD32 3.0 or above. So they would look different. Have you given the Anti-Virus permissions thru the firewall? Also contact Eset. If the password and that isnt working only they can help you fix that.
