Millenniumtiger is on a distinguished road

Default trojan horse backdoor.vb.cz

anyone know what this is and where I coulda got it from? I removed it from my windows config files with AVG, but my internet went down and had to reinstall my network drivers to get my internet to work,

Anything else I should worry about with this as well?

There is no way for sure for us to say where you got it from. We dont know every site you visit or what you download.
