Default system doctor, winanti-virus - spyware/pop-ups

could anyone help get rid of winatnivirus/systemdoctor pop-ups... thiey pop-up in both I.E and Firefox..

i have the same problem,i had 1 pop up when i was reading it i have tired spybot,ccleaner, online scan,avg vundofix, spyware nukker,HiJackThis_v2 and AdwareSE, i would be very proud of making this pop thing. i think im gona try a repair on windows but im siof entering the serial njumber and sometimes i have to ring microsoft up cos the os says you may be a victim.......(of there ****ing money scam lol) i only post this so i can tell if you get an email back
