Default Suspected .exe found to be a trojan, not found on the web

Just some quick info to give.

Im fixing a laptop for a coworker and found an .exe running that didn't seem to belong. I couldn't kill the process manually, but found it to be in system32 folder. It had a very specific date and time of creation about 7 months ago. Google searches returned nothing on it...

etvrfvhl.exe

Processlibrary.com also returned nothing. I made a copy of the .exe and placed it on a flash drive and inserted the drive into a test machine. Panda antirvirus picked it up immediately.

Unfortunately Panda doesn't have a logging feature so I cannot post any more specifics. I'm wondering if anyone knows if this is a trojan with just a mutating name?

Update: Don't have the exact name, it's a trojan downloader type, 74kb large.
