Default shstat.exe 100% on start-up

So recently shstat.exe has been using 100% of the CPU on start-up for like 2minutes. This just started today and i dont know whats happening. I know that its part of McAfee, which i have, but this 100% cpu usage on start-up never happened before.

Default Re: shstat.exe 100% on start-up

It is part of the virus scanner. So it would seem that it is doing a scan when the system starts up. Maybe a quick scan? Check your preferences with the application and see if you can change that.
