Hello since yesterday morning I keeping getting 2 popups every second I start my comp:

And when I close them I see this:

Can anyone tell me how to fix it? And please, don't tell me to use these freescan download softwares because they do jack shat. And after the free scan there'll be a not so free purchase to fix the problem, which I rather use that money to buy a new comp than to pay for a spyware removal... So can anyone tell me a real way to remove this annoyance? Thank you.
