Problem with spyware won't go away.

Got a nasty little bit of a spyware problem recently. I woke up to find 3 new icons on my desktop and a big IE window that was spread over my screen that looked like my wallpaper. It said "danger your pc has been infected with spyware" Next time it happens i'll take a screenshot. It's red in color and has a biohazard type symbol in the middle.

Running spybot S&D shows the following problems.

Everyime i remove them they come back 12 hours or so later and all sorts of spyware websites come up and my pc runs like 10C hotter than usual. I guess it's opening some BS programs in the background. Anyone that could help me with this would be my hero. Short of running SandD i don't know any other way to get rid of this spyware.

Have you also scanned your computer with up to date antivirus software?
