Packed.Tibs virus?

Hi guys,
off from college for christmas and I return home to find the computer rampant with spyware. It's really bad this time. There's a little red button near the clock with a red x (sort of like the combofix icon) and every 30 seconds a bubble appears over it telling me that my computer is infected and I need to download specialist software to clear it (of course I have not downloaded this).

When i start up the computer, AVG sends me countless messages telling me a virus has been detected while opening file (for example: wedxg6ame.exe) with the Packed.Tibs virus. This is just one of many.

All of the accounts have been disabled as administrators so I can't access the control panel. Every time I try to do a virus scan the computer crashes and a "blue screen of death" appears.

I'm at my wits end. I managed to do a hijack this log if anyone could possibly check it out.
