Default Outlook Undeliverable spam

A worker here has been getting this spam emails since this morning...

http://img376.imageshack.us/img376/8825/mailbv3.jpg

when she came in today there were about 30 of those emails, and she keeps getting them every hour or so.
I googled this and most of the people said that there is not much that you can do about this... that you just have to wait until they choose another email to use to send spam... is this true? or is there anyway to fix this?

She is using Outlook 2003 on high spam filter settings
We use microsoft exchange

Thanks in advance

edit: I ran the symantec antivirus we use here and everything was clean, spybot found some things that were removed
but she still gets those emails even after that.

Why not go into the exchange server and find the email address that is sending them and block it?

I know that you can find the IP or the real sender. Cause it cant be from teh System Admin if so check the PC there and get it fixed cause it is a Zombie.

I'm sorry is just that the IT guy was fired, I do graphics and advertising and I'm just taking over for now... I'm trying to learn

Thanks

Well you would have to look at the source of the email. I am not familiar with Exchange servers all that much. I am sure a call to Microsoft would net some gains.

But the only way a spammer could do what you say is if they hacked the password. If they did that then you got some issues. Change the Sys Admin's password right away. See if that resovles anything. Also take the Sys Admin's PC off the network for a couple of hours and run it thru the Osiris Guide.

Spyware Removal Guide By Osiris

This will let you know if it is the Sys Admin's PC that is infected and really doing this. If not then they have access to the Exchange Server.
