have you put in your user name and password and selected to save the password? Looks to me like it just lost the password info. What came up when you ran a virus scan?

i think its a virus because i do put in my password and then i click on the save check box. but no go

it keeps doing this all the time regardless how many times i put in the password. i have my yahoo account into my outlook and its always worked fine but only now i am having trouble.

i added my gmail account and have the same problem

i loaded Panda virus protection and firewall and did an outlook scan. nothing. so now i am doing a total scan to see what happens.
