I just noticed it on my MSConfig and when I tried to remove it with MSConfig cleanup it shows up again when I restart my computer. Is it bad and if so what should I do with it?

disable NVIDIA Display Driver Service

I also have another problem. Randomly my mouse goes crazy and moves all around my screen for no reason. It is really annoying especially when I'm playing a game. How can I fix this?

Log looks fine

The mouse thing may be the cause of a reflective surface (the table)

Maybe try using a mouse pad and see if it helps.
