trmetz is on a distinguished road

Default ntcom.exe file

I have something running in the background and I believe it's ntcom.exe. Every time I delete it, it pop back up. It's in the system32 directory. I noticed it when I was trying to run an adobe product and it alerted me that IE was running and it was closed. I don't know what to do!
