Default need info on trojan

it's in C:\WINDOWS, and the trojan is IS16.exe. AVG picks it up when I start up my PC, thats the only time AVG picks it up. AVG doesn't find it when I do a virus scan, I also have Super Antispyware(full version). When AVG finds this trojan apon start-up, I tell it to fix and remove it. It shows up again next time I start my PC.

I haven't tried to remove it manually yet. I don't think it's really effecting anything, but I could be wrong.

Anyone know what this rojan is?

Should I just simply remove it manually?

Thanks.

just to update, I went and found the file, I right clicked on it and AVG instantly picked up on it. I told AVG to remove it and I think and it's gone now.
