Angry MSblast Virus!

For anyone who doesnt know yet this virus, its a program that cause your PC to restart automatically with a message that say something about RPC problem and has a timer (just like a bomb!) then your Pc will automatically restart without saving any current files youre working. (ok then just check the image below)

According to some and a couple of readings, juts update your windows and it will dispapper, some anti-virus vendor even has a removal tool for this type of virus. Anyway I tried all these possible things to get rid of that virus but just recenlty, after 2weeks of disinfection, I got again the sadi virus.
Anyone knows how to deal properly with this Virus?

Excess:
The guy who made this program is sentenced to 15 yrs in prison in Romania. poor guy.

Remove Blaster---update anti-virus--update with MS critical updates. You must still be vunerable for the same reasons you were infected in the first place. Its a pretty simple problem to remove, but why you continue to have a problem with it {have the same thing happen} must be a "protection" problem. Also----be sure you disabled SYSTEM RESTORE when you removed Blaster the first time. Been there--hope this helps.
