Hijack this and Malware sweeper

I did everything the tutorial posted on this site said to do. I downloaded and ran the 12 (13) spyware programs and ran them, I did online virus scanning from 3 sites (which found nothing except a few cookies). The spyware programs found various things, that I do not remember.

I then ran a program called Malware Sweeper, and it shows that I have 4 "severe" problems still: Surveil, VirusHeal, Malware.Win32.emisoft, and Brilliant Digital...all registry entries. I did not clean these problems...I ran Hijackthis and am posting the log here.

Is the Malware Sweeper simply mistaken? Is it a good program to use?

Googled Malware Sweeper and it seems to have some issues with false positives.

I'd remove these:

personally, I also would scan CCleaner for issues to clean up the registry, you can back it up during the process in case you delete something you need but it has never caused a problem on any of my pc's.

If in doubt run a couple more scans and it'd also be a good idea to defrag after installing & updating 13 programs.

This is PROMT translation tool. Bought and paid for, so I doubt it is causing any issues. It is integrated into Word, so that might be the other entry.

There is always an issue, the detection programs are a tool to assist you, I doubt you will have many problems; You've shown enouph mental acuity.

This is a good example as to be careful on who reads your logs and who to trust when they tell you to delete an entry. It's easy for them to upload it to a site and have the site analyze it and then going with what the site says. They are wrong a lot of time, false postives, etc. The log reader needs to search the entries just to make sure it is a problem entry before telling someone to remove it.
