Hi there, i just found out that my anti virus had a new outlook. I suspect that it was corrupted so i try repair and even reinstall. However the problem still persist. Can any kind soul advise me on this problem?

I do not seen anything in that pic other than the Quarantine. It shows nothing in there.

I dont quite understand what you are asking for or what the issue is. Did you have a outlook file in there or something?

Hi sorry that i did not specify my problem clearly. I had re upload a new screen shoot with circle on it which highlight my problem. There use to be wording or some graphical pic there. I will try to upload a proper eset look for comparison with mine.

Oksy i see now. Looks like it is missing the image files. Not sure if that would result from corruption or what. Best suggestion try going thru our spyware guide:
