Default Help dang virus!
OK i have tried AVG,Nod32,Mcafee,Norton,ad-aware,spybot and cant get rid of this and i did it twice in regular windows and twice in safemode and it keeps coming back! here is a pic of the dang popup.

Try running SmitFraudFix in safe mode and choose clean registry or try scanning your OS before it boots.
