im not really sure on this stuff i know i didn't have any proxy settings and i have dial up does that answer your question?

type into command prompt ipconfig /flushdns

or

simply changed the routers address to 192.168.2.1

I did the flushdns thing still nothing works sept internet explorer and i don't know how to do the second one.
