Default firewall,antivirus and ram ?

Im using zone alarm security suites and avast antivirus program.This is a picture of my processes. at the time of this pic I only had these to programs running, is it normal for them to use so much of my memory?
almost 300mb of ram?

itouch is the extra features (buttons that on on my wireless keyboard. and, ashdisp is my Avast antivirus program.

And mine is a perfectly healthy system. No spyware/adware/virus/trojans...I check it every other day. Had another ASAP member check it for me about a week ago just to be sure since I check HiJack Logs.

I just happen to run lots of programs. Liz

Yes, it's running smooth...just because there are lots of processes, doesn't mean something is wrong. Oh and I'm using 393 mgs of 511 mgs of memory right this min. Liz
